Job estimate
Enter your own verified quantities, labor rates and material costs. NSW calculates a transparent price from your inputs. This beta does not claim live supplier pricing or independently verified accuracy. Tax and permits are excluded unless you enter them as line items.

Customer proposal draft
Build a printable draft from a saved estimate. Sending, e-signatures, deposits and legally binding agreements are not included in this beta.

Labor hours & timesheets
Keep private, dated labor entries and calculate hours × your entered cost rate. Logged hours are not payroll, tax records or verified timesheets. They are separate from Job Costs and are not added to expenses automatically, which prevents accidentally double-counting labor already recorded elsewhere.

Private estimate template library
Reuse material and labor takeoffs across future projects. Templates are saved privately in your Supabase account. Prices are copies of your previous entries, NOT verified live supplier prices. Original project documents and supplier evidence are never copied.
Select a project and enter cost lines in the Estimate tab before saving. Applying a template replaces UNSAVED lines in the current estimate; it does not overwrite a saved estimate revision.
Business portfolio · Beta
Owner-only overview of saved jobs, preliminary estimate totals, logged costs and overdue tasks. These are user-entered records, not bank transactions, verified job profitability or accounting statements. Large portfolios may be limited to the latest 500 records per category.

Project risks & issues
Identify delays, materials uncertainty, access problems, change orders and safety concerns before they surprise your budget. These are contractor-entered records, not a professional safety or code assessment. Each risk belongs only to the signed-in account and selected project.
Estimate QA & reconciliation
Check saved estimate arithmetic, pricing evidence, and calculation assumptions before preparing a customer proposal. This is a deterministic review of your own inputs, not validation of real market prices, licensing, code compliance, taxes or scope completeness.

All figures are entered by contractors, not verified bank transactions or supplier quotes. This does not establish actual profit.
Supplier quotes and price evidence
More accurate estimates start with documented inputs. Record supplier quotes, receipts or posted prices with the date, source and units. NSW converts the package price into a per-unit price but does not verify prices or retrieve them live. Check location, freshness, sales tax, delivery and conditions before quoting.
Saved supplier prices for this project
Private job documents
Keep job plans, dated supplier quotes, receipts and relevant files with a specific project. Stored privately in Supabase, not in public Shopify files. PDF/JPEG/PNG only, 8 MB maximum per file. Only signed-in project owners can access these files. A temporary link expires after one minute.
